The Injury Players Foundation is Charity that all those involved in rugby hope they never to need, but as with most charities they only become important on our worst day.
It is therefore key that they are supported on our good days to ensure they are in position to support us should we need them.
On the 21st of December Stafford Rugby Club be having a fundraising day for the IPF which one of our Nominated Club Charities,
The day will have 3 main parts with the hope of each helping us hit our target.
The men’s 1st team have a league fixture against Sutton Coldfield. We will be asking for donations from spectators and players and carrying out raffle.
Before KO one of our GMC members will be walking from Sutton Coldfields Ground to BlackBerry Lane a distance of approximately 46km and will be supported on the last section of the route(from Cannock to Stafford) by the Club President.
Lastly this will also be our Christmas Jumper Night at the club which we hope will help us to raise some more funds with some fun Christmas games.
